We offer lessons from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are our weekly holidays and therefore we don’t teach any lessons on those days.
At the beginning of March, we hand out a yearly calendar which shows all the days where we have lessons and those where we don’t have any lessons.
We make an effort to match our holidays with the official calendar, so that on most national holidays we will not have any lessons. Because of this, there are months that have only three lessons but there are also months that have five lessons.
For every class there will be 46 lessons per year.
|Monday||14:30 – 21:00|
|Tuesday||15:00 – 21:00|
|Wednesday||15:00 – 21:00|
|Thursday||13:00 – 22:00|
|Friday||9:00 – 21:00|
Arrival to Class
We ask students to come a few minutes before the start of the lesson so we can begin on time. However, if you cannot come on time, please let us know with a LINE message. In that case joining late is not a problem. Also, we ask for understanding that students do not come more than 10 minutes early as this makes it difficult for the teacher to air the room, sanitize the tables and take a short break between lessons.
We give make-up lessons to 4th, 5th and 6th grade elementary school children, and junior high school students.
Students who cannot attend their regular class can ask for a make-up lesson. We will do our best to give them one or two options of classes that best match their level.
Due to limited space in the classroom, it is possible to take only one make-up lesson per month. Also, we ask students to contact us at least a day before their regular lesson.
Students who would like to schedule a make up lesson, please contact us via LINE.
